SMS Terms & Conditions

How our text messages work, how to stop them, and what they cost.

Last updated September 11, 2026

These terms apply to text messages sent by Max Claim Worth and by the attorneys and legal intake services we transmit your request to. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How you opt in

You opt in by completing our case review form and ticking the consent box, which is not pre-checked, directly above the submit button. It gives prior express written consent for Max Claim Worth and the attorneys and legal intake services it refers your request to, to contact you about your motor vehicle accident claim at the phone number and email you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or AI voice, and text, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.

Consent is not a condition of any service. You can use this site and get information from us without agreeing to texts.

Program description

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to end texts from that sender. You will get one confirmation message and then no more. You can also email support@maxclaimworth.com or use our privacy request form and choose "Stop contacting me."

Replying STOP to one sender stops that sender. If an attorney has already received your request and is texting you separately, reply STOP to them as well, or ask them directly to stop.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@maxclaimworth.com.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any message arrives.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.

Your privacy

Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. How we handle the rest of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changing your number

If you give up a phone number you previously gave us, tell us at support@maxclaimworth.com so we can remove it. If you start receiving messages meant for someone else because a number was reassigned to you, reply STOP or tell us and we will remove it.
