We want this site to work for everyone. Here is where we stand, and how to tell us when it does not.

Max Claim Worth wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification, or voice control. Many of the people who come here are recently injured, and some are navigating with one hand or in pain. Accessibility is not an afterthought for this audience.
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Conformance is ongoing rather than finished. Third-party components we do not control — including embedded analytics and consent tooling — may not fully conform. We review the site periodically and fix what we find.
If any part of this site is hard to use, or an accessibility barrier stopped you from completing something, email support@maxclaimworth.com and describe what happened, the page you were on, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
If you cannot complete the case review because of an accessibility barrier, say so in that email and we will take your information another way so you are not shut out of the service.
If our response does not resolve the issue, tell us and we will escalate it internally. Nothing here limits any right you have under federal or state disability law.
